Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

The Betgr8’s Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Nigeria. By using the website of the platform, a client irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts in case of any disputes.

All bets placed are subject to Nigerian criminal and civil law. It is the responsibility of the client to stay informed about the legal framework.

Customers must ensure they are accessing the platform from within Nigeria. Betgr8 holds no responsibility for users gambling from outside the country. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a resident of Nigeria and agree to provide valid proof of residency. Betgr8 reserves the right to withhold deposits or winnings until valid identification is provided. Acceptable forms include:

Bank Verification Number (BVN);
National Identification Number (NIN);
Nigerian bank account number.
